A follower of Steve Bannon has been installed as the head of Voice of America and he has in turn, fired every person in a position of leadership and installed people with no journalism or government experience but enough anti-gay and anti-trans hatred and bigotry to power a small City in their place. This was just revealed on Rachel Maddow's show tonight.
Do not kid yourself. The war on the American populace has escalated to strangling the voice of America and using it as a megaphone for the angry, lying idiot who will refuse to leave office... And I don't mean Putin.
As of this post, it is 9 pm in Tulsa (10 pm here EST). Juneteenth celebrations are happening. Meanwhile, the hardest core Trump supporters have already traveled to Oklahoma and are camping out or at their hotels tonight at the same time. We'll see if the news turns up any headlines in a few hours around midnight.... especially after the coward in chief made it clear that he is ramping up the hateful minority and trying to incite a race war.
